王悦明，博士，副教授，研究生导师。本硕博均毕业于吉林大学，博士期间赴德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院联合培养。

主要研究领域为仿生耐磨蚀、智能自修复材料、激光加工。

近年来，主持浙江省自然科学基金1项，湖州市重点研发项目1项，横向课题8项及校级科研项目3项（其中主持本科生及研究生教改项目各1项）。作为主要成员参与装备预研领域基金重点项目1项、十三五国家重点研发计划项目2项。

发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI收录15篇；授权专利7件，其中国际发明专利1件；出版教材1部。担任《biomimetics》编辑，《塑料工业》期刊编委。

获中国商业联合会科学技术奖（省部级）、浙江省高校思政微课（省部级）省三等奖、科创中国创新创业十大优秀项目奖、校第七届微型党课一等奖、“湖师青年说”思政微课一等奖、课程思政示范课认定、本科课堂教学质量三等奖、青年教师教学竞赛三等奖、校优秀班主任等。指导研究生获浙江省优秀毕业生。
